The main purpose of accessorry is to preserve the Campbell cable which can get frayed and kinked when wrapped around a fence post and hooked on to itself. All this is eliminated when this post sling is fastened to the cable hook and used properly. It hangs out of the way when not required and never gets lost or mislayed.
