Smith flashback arrestors are designed with a built-in check valve that helps prevent the reverse flow of gas. They require no manual reset. Attaches to standard “B” fittings. Flashback arrestors are important because mixed gas explosions and flashback fires can result in damage to equipment and/or severe personal injury or death. They help prevent accidents caused by the reverse flow of gases and flashback fires.
